  • How do I change or reset my password?
    Click on your profile name to view change and reset options.
  • I forgot my password. What should I do?
    Click on 'Forgot Password' on Sign in page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset it.
  • How do I edit my account details?
    After logging in, click on your name then click on 'My Profile'. From the Dashboard you may edit your personal information.
  • How do I delete my account?
    To delete your account please email us at support@scrumrugby.in with the account details.
  • How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
    You can unsubscribe by sending an email to support@scrumrugby.in or clicking on 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the newsletter itself.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI & net banking, We also accept cheque payments subject to realisation
  • Is the financial information I provide secure?
    Our payment information is secured with 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions and security protocols to protect customer information and is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Any information you enter when transacting with SCRUM RUGBY is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. We DO NOT HAVE ACCESS OR SHARE any of your financial information under any circumstances.
  • Under what name will my purchase be charged on the credit/debit cards?
    Your purchases will be charged under our registered name "M/S SCRUM" unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Do you collect GST separately?
    Our final prices at check-out are inclusive of GST.
  • How will I know if my order has been placed?
    A confirmation mail will be sent to your registered email with details
  • How do I track the progress of an order?
    Details are available on your profile page
  • Can I place an order via telephone?
    Yes, you can call us on 022-23720226 or +91 9820106115 and we will be happy to assist you.
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. For changes in order, please mail to support@scrumrugby.in with details.
  • Can I order products to be delivered to multiple addresses?
    You will need to place separate orders for delivery to multiple locations
  • Do I need to pay Delivery Charges for purchases from Scrum?
    Prices are inclusive of Shipping, unless mentioned separately
  • Will I receive all my products at the same time in case of multiple products?
    We will strive to ship and deliver your products of an order at same time. However, it is possible that some products may get delivered at separate times depending on delivery partners, product availability, location and external factors outside of our control
  • What is standard delivery time for products?
    We ship within all over India within 5 to 7 working days. For international orders, please mail to support@scrumrugby.in
  • Do you ship outside of India?
    We can make arrangements to ship to your requested country. Please call us on 022-23720226, +91 9820106115 or mail us on support@scrumrugby.in and we will be glad to assist you.
  • What is the procedure for accepting my delivery?
    i). We will inform you via email when your order has been shipped. ii) The logistics company will schedule a tentative time for delivery. iii) Goods need to be signed for, upon delivery.
