4. Sharing with Third-Party
We share non-personally identifiable information with Google Analytics to improve our website’s load time, conversion rate and to check browser type, language preference, referring site and time of visit.
• System Communication & Transactional Emails-We use G Suite as our transactional email provider. The emails we send from the Services uses Google’s security infrastructure and we share your name and email address with them to send out the emails.
Payment - We use PayU Money as our payment processor and pass on your Personal Information to them when you decide to upgrade your Services account so that this information can be used to prepare invoices. Your credit/debit card information is securely stored with them at the time of purchase and is used for recurring billing.
• We may enable access of your information to the Platform Entities, joint ventures, agents or third parties for the purposes of the services provided by them or for any other marketing related activity undertaken by or on behalf of the Platform Entities and/or its joint ventures. We will ensure on reasonable commercial efforts basis that the third parties and agents employed by us for the purposes of the Services are under an obligation to maintain confidentiality with respect to the Personal Information provided by you and to use it strictly for the purposes of the Services only.
5. Information that cannot be uploaded
While using the Services, You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on to the Services that:

7. Children’s Privacy
Use of the Services is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Our Services are not meant for minors and users below 18 (eighteen) years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from users who are below 18 (years) of age.
8. How long is the data kept?
We will keep Personal Information regarding you only as long as it is necessary, having regard to the purpose of the processing. This means that Personal Information collected and processed will be stored for as long as you have an account and deleted three (3) months after your subscription has ended unless you have given us your voluntary consent to continue to process such data.

All interactions with our Services use the Transport Layer Security/Secure Sockets Layer (TLS/SSL) protocol. We use a third-party Payment Gateway to securely process credit/debit card transactions.
All data is encrypted via SSL/TLS when transmitted from our servers to your browser. The database backups are also encrypted. Except for your password, data isn’t encrypted while it’s live in our database (since it needs to be ready to send to you when you need it).
All data that we store in our log files or send to third party softwares that we use to analyze errors with the Software is anonymized and no personal identifiable information is sent to them.

We operate globally and may transfer your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information to third parties in locations around the world for the purposes described in this privacy policy. Wherever your personal information is transferred, stored or processed by us, we will take reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of your personal information. While transacting with other users of the website, you may provide your financial information including without limitation your bank account details, credit card account details or your details pertaining to any payment settlement or pre-paid instrument service provider. You understand, agree and acknowledge that Scrum Rugby never receives your financial and payment information from these service provider. Your Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information and financial information will be dealt by these service providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies and other terms and conditions and Scrum Rugby shall not be liable, accountable or responsible for your Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information and financial information which you provide to these service providers.

From time to time, we may change this privacy policy to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements or for other purposes. Please note that in the event you fail to accept our revised Privacy Policy within 7 working days of us intimating the revisions to the privacy policy, your access to the Services shall be suspended till such time you accept the revisions of the privacy policy.
